How to measure:
Deciding the correct height of your QOR360 chair is very important to maintain proper posture when sitting. Most chairs are too low, your knees should be lower than your hips when sitting to maintain an open hip angle and your lower lumbar curve. To find the correct height chair, stand in whatever shoes you will be wearing when sitting, and measure from the ground to the top of your patella (knee cap). This measurement is the height of your chair.

The Cleo 2.0 “active sitting” stool has been a life-changer for me! I have had hip flexor/psoas/low back issues for the past 3+ years, exacerbated (or caused?) by sitting, doing design work all day. Mornings were the worst – it would take a few hours (with generous movement/stretching sessions) for my body to warm up and for the discomfort to subside. It was becoming a serious issue, affecting my quality of life.

I had tried physical therapy, yoga, and Pilates – each which offered some light-to-moderate benefits, but nothing worked as powerfully as this active sitting chair! It took a little getting used to, but honestly, the first day I used it for about 30 minutes, and call it coincidence, but the next morning I practically sprung out of bed! No lower back pain! I still do my PT exercises and yoga/stretching and strength training – I think the combination is key.

WHAT I LOVE: I often move around in my seat while working, rotating my hips back and forth, side to side, in circles, I’ll isolate my upper body while twisting my lower body — and it feels like therapy.

I love aesthetics so I paid a little more for this beautifully designed, thoughtfully made Cleo 2.0. It even comes with a little note from the craftsman! (LOVE!) If you’re doing any substantial length of sitting, I recommend purchasing the extra cushion.

Warning: this stool is not for slouches. But if ergonomics are important and you want to feel like you’re doing something GOOD for your body while sitting, this chair could be the ticket!!!

I purchased this chair as someone who works from home full time programming all day. It is a back saver. It also is a beaut.

I purchased my 1st QOR360 chair many years ago. Frankly, I think the chair I purchased was still a prototype – but it looked similar to this one, although it came with wheels. I work from home and used this as my only “office chair”. I recently purchased a new model and this “old chair” will now be used solely in my Art studio – to enjoy, for years to come.
