I. SESSION INTRO (30 SECONDS)

This very short video will show you how to approach the exercises so you get the greatest benefit out of them.

II. FINDING GOOD POSTURE (5 MIN)

This very effective exercise will help you to find your optimal sitting posture on the QOR360. You will learn how you can use your whole spine for better more pleasurable movement. You will learn to sit more effectively with less effort.

III. SIDE BENDING MOVEMENT (8 MIN 30SEC)

In this exercise, you will learn how the coordination between the movement in your pelvis, spine, and head will reduce strain in the neck, back, and chest.

You will discover how your ribs can become much more flexible without stretching in a way that will also improve your breathing.

IV. TURNING WITH EASE (7MIN)

By doing this exercise you will discover how the movement of your eyes, head, chest, and pelvis are interrelated for easy turning. You will find that your range of motion can increase greatly without pain or strain.

V. THORACIC MOBILITY (9MIN)

How can I get movement into my chest and between my shoulders? Many people develop stiffness in this area when sitting in traditional chairs for prolonged times. This exercise will help you to get rid of stiffness; it will also challenge your coordination and in the process improve the uprightness of your whole body.
